Your phone rings first. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text back. Calls missed overnight get that text at 8am, your time.

Forward your website form's emails to FrontRack and each lead gets an email reply.

One line of code adds a chat box to your site. Same answers, same rules.
Every conversation lands in your inbox, where you can read it, take it over, or mark the lead as booked. One switch pauses the AI.
What it never does
These rules are written in code that runs before and after the AI, so a clever message can't talk it out of them.
- It never quotes a price, time or number that isn't in an answer you approved. If it can't back it up, it says a person will follow up.
- It never promises results. No "lose 20 lbs", no guarantees.
- It never pretends to be human. The first message says it's an AI assistant.
- It never handles billing, cancellations, injuries, medical questions, minors, complaints or legal issues. Those go to you, and the AI stays out of that conversation.
- It never texts someone who replied STOP, unless they text START.
- It never sends follow-ups late at night. Non-urgent messages wait until morning.
- It never shows one gym's data to another.
