FrontRack answers messages for gyms. This policy explains what we collect when you text, call, chat with or email a gym that uses FrontRack, and what we do with it. FrontRack is software operated by [your legal name], a sole proprietor in California. Each gym that uses FrontRack is the sender of its own messages; FrontRack runs the service for it.
What we collect
- Your phone number or email address, and your name if you give it.
- The messages you send and the replies sent to you.
- That you called the gym, if a call was missed.
- Whether you've opted out of texts (so we never text you again unless you text START).
How we use it
Only to answer you on behalf of the gym you contacted, to let that gym's staff see and continue the conversation, and to keep the service working and secure. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to advertise to you.
Text messaging and your mobile number
Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers listed below, which help deliver the service.
Message frequency varies: you get replies to messages you send and, if you called and nobody picked up, one text back. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See the SMS terms.
Who processes it for us
- Twilio: sends and receives texts and calls.
- Anthropic: the AI model that writes replies.
- Supabase: stores conversations.
- Resend and Cloudflare: send and receive email.
- Netlify: hosts the app.
The gym you contacted can see your conversation with it. Each gym can see only its own conversations.
This website
getfrontrack.com is hosted by Cloudflare, which sees your IP address and browser details when you visit. The fonts load from Google Fonts. If you use the contact form, Tally stores what you type in it, and we use it only to reply to you. We don't run analytics or ad trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
While a gym uses FrontRack, its conversations are kept so its staff can see them. 90 days after a gym stops using FrontRack, its conversations are deleted.
Opt-out records (that a number replied STOP) are kept for as long as the number is in use, so a STOP is always honored, even if the gym signs up again later.

To stop texts, reply STOP. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email hello@getfrontrack.com.
