Program
FrontRack text messaging for [gym name]. Each gym runs its own program under its own name (for example, "Iron Oak Gym Texts"), and the gym is the sender. FrontRack is the software that sends the replies. When you text or call a gym that uses FrontRack, you get text replies answering your questions about that gym: prices, hours, classes, trials and booking. The replies are written by an AI assistant from information the gym has approved, and the gym's staff can step in at any time. FrontRack is operated by [your legal name], a sole proprietor in California.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting the gym's number, or by calling it and not getting through, after which you get one text back. We don't add you to marketing lists.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You get replies to the messages you send, plus at most one text after a missed call.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Help
Text HELP for help, or email hello@getfrontrack.com.
Opt out
Text STOP to stop at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too). You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you text START.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See the privacy policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
